Affirming Therapy for Identity Exploration
Exploring who you are is not always linear. Therapy can offer a steady, affirming space to sit with questions, honor change, and move toward a version of yourself that feels authentic and whole.
Whether you are exploring gender, sexuality, culture, relationships, or self-expression, you do not need to have all the answers before beginning.
Honoring the Whole You: Identity & Intersectionality
I work with clients navigating identity, belonging, and the layered experience of living in a world that does not always make room for their full selves.
My work is especially rooted in care for QTBIPOC clients and people navigating the world with multiple marginalized identities. Together, we create space for your lived experience, your questions, your joy, and your becoming.
In our work, we may focus on:
Centering your lived experience
Exploring identity without pressure or shame
Moving beyond outside expectations
Building self-trust and self-acceptance
Finding expression that brings peace, clarity, or joy
Gender-Affirming Care
I provide gender-affirming care rooted in respect, advocacy, and ongoing learning. My role is not to define your identity for you, but to support you as you explore what feels authentic, safe, and true.
For trans, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and questioning clients, therapy can be a place where your identity is respected, protected, and celebrated. We may explore embodiment, relationships, transition, family dynamics, self-advocacy, joy, grief, or the everyday work of living more fully as yourself.
